Back to School Supply Drive 2026

In August 2026, First Citizens National Bank, Salvation Army – Wyandot County Service Unit, and The HUB will host a Back to School Supply Drive to support students and families across Wyandot County.

Donation Information

We will be collecting new or gently unused school supplies from late July through August 2026. This timing allows donors to take advantage of back-to-school sales and Ohio’s sales tax holiday weekend.

You may drop off supplies at First Citizens National Bank or there is a small box next to the bench in front of The HUB.

What We Are Collecting

All donations will be sorted and distributed to pre-registered families based on the official school and teacher supply lists from local Wyandot County schools.

Please prioritize new items whenever possible. Common high-need supplies include:

• Backpacks (standard size, no wheels)

• Dry erase markers (Expo)

• Play-doh, Post-it notes, Headphones

• Glue sticks, child-safe scissors, rulers

• Folders, pencil boxes/pouches, erasers

• Classroom items such as facial tissue, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes
